Best Protein Ball Healthy Recipe!

​​Protein Balls – Provided by Personal Trainer Kristy Raus J

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Museli (I get mine in the Health Food section of Hyvee)

1 cup flaxseed meal (important that's it's meal and not seeds!)

1 cup vanilla Whey protein powder

1 and 1/2 - 2 cups peanut butter 

1 12oz container of Honey ( I use the one in a bear container)

1/2 cup or so of Dark Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup of Craisins

1/2 cup Coconut flakes (I don't add these)

 

Directions:

Mix together and roll into bite sized balls (I use a cookie scoop to make them the same size)

Store in air tight container and Enjoy!
