Hi, I'm Allison, a Certified Personal Trainer. After working in physical therapy for 5 years, I made the shift to personal training in order to help minimize life-pausing injuries and surgeries before they happen, keep folks enjoying the things they love to do, and empower my clients to embrace exciting new possibilities. I'm a firm believer in finding a movement style that speaks to you and having a gym partner that makes moving fun. The gym doesn't need to be boring or repetitive; let's work together to create the right plan for you.
